Overnight or rush shipping may not be available. If you need rush shipping, please call 800.433.6633 to verify product inventory and overnight accessibility. Otherwise, orders are generally shipped within two or three days and are sent via US Postal Service's Priority Mail.
Due to the use of Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging, actual shipping/handling charged to your credit card may be less than quoted here--but never more. We endeavor to provide cost-effective shipping. This may mean that a product, specifically the Wired that Way Assessments may get slightly bent in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. If perfect condition is imperative, please indicate that you'd rather pay slightly more and have flawless product.
For international orders (Does not apply to Canada), please put our address (PO Box 52103, Albuquerque, NM 87181) in as the shipping address and then put the real shipping address in the ordering instructions. You will be contacted via e-mail before the order is shipped to approve actual shipping charges. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
